Prateek joins our group for his PhD

After COVID-19 complicated the completion of Prateek's BS-MS program at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) in Pune, India, and his start here at the LMU, we very happy to have him finally join our group. Prior to his arrivial in our lab, Prateek has interned at the Universtiy of Michigan, the Weizmann Institute of Science and completed his master thesis research at the TU Munich.
He will be part of our Cell2Cell network that aims to bring single-cell technologies to parasites and to elucidate the impact of cell-to-cell heterogeniety on parasite fitness.
